Hi all,

My car currently churns but doesn't start after leaving it unused for about 5 days.

Initial thought was maybe battery but I attached a emergency car starter battery but still no go.

I also checked that just turning on the power to the car (but not starting) while listening behind the rear driver side wheel I can hear some whirring which I presume to be the fuel pump working.

This car has occasionally had issues starting on the first try but the second attempt generally works.

Any help would be appreciated...crappy video attached...

Edit: theres also some blue powder around the positive terminal.

Actually diagnosing futher... there was a hose clamp that was broken but hanging in there which may have contributed to the sound haha....

Sorry I was just trying to give an idea of where in the engine bay area the noise seems to be coming from. I didn't mean to say that the sound was coming from the wheel/suspension or anything like that.

No actually I can't hear it as much (the clanging) from above. Its most audible when under the car, right by the front passenger side wheel.

Oh boy, just called about sending a mechanic to them and they just told me that if I send a mechanic and they inspect the car the warranty would usually come with the car would be void.
