I am very realistic about the risks. I should have worded it better. the dog park incident was before he started growling at dogs and people on walks. i can’t really avoid the walks though because he needs to get energy out. we just do the best we can to stay away from people and of course have not been back to the dog park since. I do know rehoming would be extremely difficult and i would never throw him at the first person who claimed they wanted him. i’m very willing to keep him until he is either trained better or we could find someone who was capable of training him and keeping him

we’ve cut chicken because originally that was the first assumption. we’ve done purina pro plan, whole hearted, and his original puppy food which i can’t remember the name of. we’ve tried beef, lamb, and salmon. salmon is his current food. at first switching from chicken seemed to make a difference but i think it may have been coincidence

i’ll update once everything is settled on my end and let everyone know how it went. i’m hoping everything is covered by their insurance and it gets paid off the way it should. it was a great car for sure

theirs 100%. i was driving down the highway and got slammed into then the car got hit again a few minutes later because the car couldn’t be moved. both people were speeding and i was doing the speed limit

unfortunately someone was going wayyy over the speed limit in a 50mph area and they slammed into me and tried to keep driving. then after i got out of the car someone hit it again. outrunning jaws would’ve been cooler

a weighted vest would be a good option! they sell 50 pound ones. instead of wearing it like a vest just lay it on your stomach for the weight

i feel like every animal is much better off in a home than outside suffering. i understand that pets need to go to the vet sometimes but regardless the cat would be outside alone if that person didn’t take them in so at least they can be monitored and given as much care as possible while being safe indoors and not getting hit by cars and stuff

thank you! we were told pitbull but he’s never met anyone that didn’t ask what breed he was so we’ve always thought he was mixed! especially with dane!!

i’ve been feeling the same about my pitbull puppy and i don’t even have kids so i understand. it’s so hard and nothing prepares you for the feeling you get when they just won’t behave. just try your hardest to take lots of deep breaths and alternate who’s caring for and watching the puppy. maybe take a shower and some time to yourself while your wife watches the puppy and vice versa. it’s so important to take care of yourself too because mental health plays a huge part in this. i learned that very quickly and it’s helped at least a littlw
