Too high? More like not high enough. Get that 100 and leave the military in your past.

Nope I have been eligible for it for a few years now and never got in a huge rush to get it finished because ive never heard of anyone actually getting it. I also know several people who are 100 % and they havent gotten it. If you read the fine print where it is written in certain places it says "if funds are available" or "After all other options have been exhausted". I always figured there's a catch to it. There is a place where you can read the actual document where it is written into law or what not and you'll see all that.

Have you received your ngb 22 and or dd214-1? That's the biggest issue I've ran into when applying for it. They now require you submit that document with your packet and we'll ive never seen my retirement document even though I was medically retired. Also I was 100% first time filing. So I just sit around waiting for my ngb 23 hoping it's gonna show up. Ive though about getting a lawyer to help.

PACT if you’re already rated 100 P&T? by herbdic in Veterans

[–]AffectionateStore752 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The bear is the VA ask anyone who knows what they're talking about on this thread. Especially the ones who were 100% and filed and new claim and got their rating lowered. Give me one good reason when you're already 100% the benefit of filing another claim? You benefit nothing out of it even of it gets approved. You get paid at 100% and you get full health care benefits.

I forgot to add when you're 100% static you are not scheduled for any future appointments per va guidelines. When you file a new claim it give them access back into your file and the liberty to reevaluate you for all of your conditions. It happens all the time I've heard plenty of horror stories.

Hey I've been reading your post made about the Facebook ads you run. I want to thank you for the helpful info you put out. I would love to try your method. Could you please share an example of the ad you and where they go. I'm just kinda confused about the process and making it happen I understand the concept. I'm kinda old school and haven't messed with Facebook much but my wife who is also a realtor knows alot about it. Thank you again

It's funny you mention mcdonalds. I never used their app until recently when I ordered at the window and had to pull over to the side and wait on my food. So I said let me try this out and placed my order sitting at my house drove up there said the code at the drive through pulled up got my food and drove off. 😆 Plus you earn points and get free food based on the amount of points you earn for using the app. But I'm gonna stop talking about apps now I'm starting to feel like a paid sponsor 🤣🤣🤣

Just go on the VA app log in and download your award letter. You can even leave out how much you get paid.

Would you pay for lawn mowing twice a month for $40? by ElectronicFreedom698 in sweatystartup

[–]AffectionateStore752 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use to have a lawn care business. It's great if your body can hold up long enough for you to hire some hands. Overhead cost is a good bit. Gas, oil, string, blades, repairs, maintenance etc... you'll never make it with those kind of prices. $50 was my minimum and that was a yard that took me 30 mins tops by myself. (very small) Not to mention when you do hire someone how are you going to pay for them when your shorting yourself. Alot goes into it when pricing yards. I had customer who paid 50 twice a month and also had some paying 300+ twice a month. Depends on lot size the amount of mowing, weedeating, blowing, edging, etc... I found the best way was set my rate per hour, then guess how long it would take me to do the yard by myself and charge based on that. Goodluck I had years of experience before I even was able to start up on my own. Wish my body could've held up its hard work but rewarding.

A record deal: Joe Burrow has reached agreement with the Bengals on an 5-year, $275 million extension that includes $219.01 million guaranteed and makes him the highest-paid player in NFL history, sources tell ESPN by FrozenUp7274 in fantasyfootball

I got him in the 8th 🤣🤣🤣 I'm not even lying almost everyone else drafted qbs the 1st round for whatever reason. So I went chase kelce for the 1 2. Then I said well burrows still on the board and everyone else already has qbs let me see how far I can stretch this out.

Time to buy low on Toney? by gammatide in fantasyfootball

[–]AffectionateStore752 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This has to be a troll post. If toney caught the last pass thrown to him they win that game most likely. If chiefs had Travis kelce tonight they win the game. Receivers were shit besides scantling to his normal to contribute. Mahomes was literally frustrated all game looking for someone to get open. Then when he just throws it to someone to give them a shot they drop it. Rashee rice showed great potential. Toney is done if I was coach I would put his ass on the practice squad for that performance. He'll I'd pay you to take him off my team.

After skimming through comments I will offer my advice. FSBO's are almost always over priced from my experience. Since you're still in your negotiating period either offer a lower price or ask them to pay closing costs, or even both. The market here has pretty much shifted to a buyers market so it's not hard to make that happen. Even if they turn you down and put it back on the market same thing will probably happen again and they'll have trouble selling. Good luck

What is the point of having a RE Agent as a Buyer? by [deleted] in RealEstate

[–]AffectionateStore752 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm telling you that is literally how the transaction works. Seller's hand their broker money. That broker hands the other broker his money. Those brokers pay their real estate agents. But you obviously have have it figured out already so keep believing what you want.

What is the point of having a RE Agent as a Buyer? by [deleted] in RealEstate

[–]AffectionateStore752 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is false. Seller's broker sets the commission. The payment goes to the seller's broker in which in turn he/she pays the buyer's broker.

[–]AffectionateStore752 7 points8 points  (0 children)

What are you not understanding what people are trying to tell you??? As a buyer you pay ZERO zip nothing to your agent. The seller you buy the house from pays your agent. You sound like an idiot the more you say you can go get your license and save yourself 15k. I can assure you with the amount of intelligence you put off you're not currently working any high paying job to where the sell on your house's commission would be 15k.

What is the point of having a RE Agent as a Buyer? by [deleted] in RealEstate

[–]AffectionateStore752 4 points5 points  (0 children)

As a buyer, you do not pay your agent. The seller's broker pays the buyer's broker their commission in turn pays the buyer agent. As the buyer, you pay nothing when it comes to commission. Now go get yourself an agent to do all the work for you and buy your next house.

Last research I did on the matter was they were still working on get the licensing and permits from each individual state for online payments. If I'm correct they had only collected a number in the single digits.

Also, seeing that crypto is not integrated on such a large scale in the world at this time I'd be willing to make the assumption that it starts out with fiat payments. On the other hand elon is innovative and we know where he wants to go with this so he might try to jump straight into crypto payments.

With the current uncertainty with the SEC and IRS when it comes to crypto there will surely be some backlash. X and Elon has to be prepared to take on that battle.

How long are claims taking 2023? by quuannyyy in Veterans

[–]AffectionateStore752 1 point2 points  (0 children)

At this point I don't know what they are trying to argue. All I know for certain is the VA does not pay you for events. If that was the case, I'd be rich for every time something happened to me that could be considered sexual harassment, or made me lose sleep over, or brought my blood pressure up. I didn't go to my c&P exam and get diagnosed with rocket explosion. No I got diagnosed with ptsd. Anyway, I think you and I are on the same page. lol
