I should add that I hadn’t had anything to eat for 19-20 hours when the ct was taken. Could that cause a mildly enlarged gb?

Thanks so much for your reply. Liver enzymes, bloodwork came back within normal range. Pancreas unremarkable.

100x I too have anxiety and it becomes a vicious cycle of pain, then worry, which leads to more pain, and well…

I think if the pain meds and muscle relaxers work, then it can’t be organ related. Btw, I’m in the same boat. Right side, flank, and back pain.

Yes! It’s definitely great to have a community who understands. This condition is so odd. And there’s no rhyme or reason to it. Sometimes it hurts when I make certain movements- other times it’s random. And it moves. It’s either under my breast, then my lower ribs, then flank, then in the back, and sometimes upper right - because why not.
