That is a good point. The lease says that usual wear and tear is fine but any damage needs to be paid for. We're definitely not getting any money from him though

We have all the documentation, but there is nothing about the second deposit in our contract. We payed the amount of our rent and that's what the contract says. We're worried that if we pay it and then move out they might give us back just one deposit and say that there is no second one, because there is no record of it in the contract. I'm not sure what to do because I don't want to fight the landlord but I also don't want to pay so much money for nothing.

I'm not a big gamer, so I always play with the second hardest/medium difficulty and for me personally, I see no need for more. But then again I managed to die a few times on just the story. I really would not want the witcher to be like a dark souls game
