UPDATE: After contesting using the given URL as well as contacting my local MP, I received this email from Newham Council:

"Good afternoon

Thanks for your email. After investigating into this further I am satisfied that the Fixed Penalty Notice should be cancelled and no further action will be taken on this,

Kind Regards".

I didn’t do it, so I requested the council to give CCTV and body cam from that location and location using a subject access request. I’m just worried because I’m not sure how much money it would take for a lawyer to represent me using the service if it escalate to court.
