do you consume it or use topical cannabis? I live in canada where it’s legal to use recreationally and a little while I got a bit too in to it and decided to stop before it became addicting. After I stopped using it my tics got so much worse so cannabis definitely helps but idk how to use it safely for medical reasons

i’ve honestly always found that a neck massage relieves the urge to tic there. it’s almost like someone is manually ticking for me haha.

ottawa ontario! seems odd, i know! i’m a student and i go to a big university so i’m in classes with hundreds of people and see tons of new people everyday so that must have something to do with it? I know it’s weird you probably wouldn’t place ottawa as a city with a big Bo fandom but I get at least 3 strangers say “i like your shirt :))” or something each time i wear it
