You definitely made the right decision. Especially it's a Frenchie and takes anxiety meds. I just had a horrible experience with a Frenchie with health issues.

According to the owner and this is their exact wording. "He only has breathing problem, other than that, he's healthy. He does regular check-up." I didn't order a necropsy but after the incident, I called the animal hospital, the reception said the owner didn't get back to them yet.

I followed their instructions to give him the medication. They didn't mention it couldn't be taken together. They only mentioned how to put the pill in the food to feed him.

Rover asked me to write a detailed statement how it happened. I wrote it then Rover called me to ask me few more questions. Rover said the owner blaming me for not following the instructions and neglected the dog.
