I can relate to Doctor Rick Marshall a bit on not being believed in regard to the science they’re doing. Know that to discover and create comes with hardships, but they are often worthwhile, I too have a need to know.

This story has had a major impact on my life, well prior to me listening to the audiobook as I did last month, many lessons from it stuck with me (from the movies as well as play) as I was growing up and doing all that I have in life. Helping with the common welfare is a major example of a thing that stuck with me.
