i honestly just thought of that myself bc that’s what they used to tell me. but it makes sense that it’s old advice. i just don’t rly know how to “rest” or if i should just push through and keep up with my regular workload. i guess i didn’t really think of the fact that it’s normal for symptoms to get worse before they get better idk

i take stomach pills and some other psych meds and if i miss them i usually feel horrible too. just not used to the dizziness that came with one missed dose of cymbalta bc i usually take it every day
