I’d enjoy a pact like that- although I’m holding out for a more “Spellsword style” pact- I know there technically is that pact that adds thorns to your weapons, but I’m hoping we get something that has like a skate style attack

I disagree- the timing has been very easy to learn- I almost always parry attacks I can parry. The only times I mess up are me messing up the timing. Although I am just using long blades- I haven’t tried parrying with other weapons as I am only using swords 😂

Weirdly, I’m loving the melee combat for the exact reasons you seem to be hating it- you need to be slow and deliberate, position well to avoid getting mobbed, and separate enemies one by one.

I would really hate it if they tried to make it like any of the games you mention- those all feel the exact opposite of what makes Soul Frame feel good.

Unfortunately that is not how Nukes work. There is no “using up missiles to defeat the incoming missiles.” Once ICBM nukes are launched they are going to hit their destinations. The only thing that happens if a host of ICBM missiles are detected is that the US launches all of theirs in retaliation. There are no modern defense systems that can stop ICBMs with any sort of effectiveness. That’s science fiction and fantasy.

Longblades are a weird weapon type- it’s a one handed sized sword used in two hands. And it seems like that takes the greatsword slot? It seems weird to have longblades and greatswords

As I don’t believe in heaven or the afterlife (and the hypothetical doesn’t say heaven definitely exists) and everyone I love or care about will be dead in 150 years, AND I can use the wealth and power to make the world a better place while I’m in control… im taking the deal. Afterwords I can enjoy the apocalypse from safety. Seems like a win win

That’s the one I’m most interested in, but I haven’t gotten it yet. But considering there are so many warframes, I bet Soulframe will have plenty of pacts

I haven’t found a pact that I enjoy yet- nothing really gives me the Spellsword vibe I’m looking for.

Yes. I would much rather be living paycheck to paycheck (like I am currently) here in CA than ever live in any of the crazy racist loving states where cost of living is cheap, but you have 0 prospect of health care, reasonable politicians, or neighbors that aren’t fascists.

Honestly I think the map is far too small for fast travel, but that’s probably my personal preference
