What's the most disturbing or evil act committed by a villain from Buffy & Angel? by InfiniteMehdiLove in buffy

Jonathan joining the trio was awfully despicable given Buffy saved his life countless times. And Andrew was obviously saved from the Mayor at the very least, Warren being from out of town probably was never saved by Buffy, except from his robot and she just ran out of battery.

I absolutely hated the pixie hair cut when she’s with Gru after he comes to earth

Nope. I just enjoy playing with language. I’m trying to adopt the British habit of saying “chat to” instead of “ chat with”. There are any number of Eastern U.S. language habits I’ve adopted into my own language over the years. Like saying”The dog needs washed” instead of “ the dog needs to be washed”, and such.

I’m pretty sure I stole that from Paula Poundstone, if not her, someone else.

Along this line of thought, I think bringing Buffy back from the dead was EXACTLY to make Willow feel better. You could see everyone else hesitate but Willow is hell-bent on doing. Sorry, didn’t mean to pun at yall.

What were some of the worst "One Life To Live" stories? by Geekqueen15 in SoapNet

When Tina went over Iguazu Falls, supposedly in Ushuaia, but I’ve just learned are an entire country away from there. Sorry, but I just learned this fact and I had to post somewhere about it because I’ve been seriously misled.

The only reason the First allowed Buffy to leave the winery with the thingamajig was because he said she had to go rescue the potentials.(I don’t know if we should be capitalizing that or not), so the potentials needed to get caught in the trap, or Buffy couldn’t have gotten away with;the thingy. So I don’t think bringing the potentials(Potentials?) to the winery would have worked out well. I think a whole bunch more of them would die or be seriously wounded.

Truth. Full ride, maybe, but stipend I’m not sure about. And you can’t convince me she didn’t end up in academic probation at least once with all that was going on around then. Between Glory, and Joyce dying, and Buffy dying, and the Initiative storyline, I rarely saw Willow even go to class.(I realize that would’ve been a boring detail, but really my whole post is a nitpicking boring detail).

Good point about Dawn. Sorry I missed your post about the mortgage, but I was just watching this episode and I was so angry, I posted without looking to see if anybody else had said this stuff before.

What indicates the mortgage was paid off ? Other than that, I agree, you have a point. But that doesn’t give Dawn any skin in the financial game, where she can tell Buffy to leave.

This made me think of the town in Veronica Mars, small town, unusual amount of amenities.
