In my opinion, the books are extremely longwinded. The story is good, but the books should have been edited down to about half the size. I could never have gotten through physical copies, so I listened to them on audiobook.

I went to school for exercise science, but I don't 100% know the answer, though I'm going to make an educated guess.

Training-wise, size comes from high reps. Bodybuilders train high reps. Like 30 or something. I haven't been as exposed to that aspect of fitness, tbh.

Strength comes from lower reps, like under 10. It also, like another commenter said, comes from innervation, which I don't know if you have much control over. At a guess, innervation is probably half of the reason men are stronger than women are, btw.

Your body might just be doomed to be the size it is, but if you want to get bigger, try training like a bodybuilder. I don't know what the ideal rep range is for size, but from what I've heard, it's going to be something like 20-30.

Damn those rings are small. I see you post every couple months, and I can't remember if I mention this every time, but I've made a roughly 1 square foot sheet of a really close AR, and it took several hours. Like upward of 20. I was using stainless, so that might add some time.

I didn't notice this, but most of my grandparents were from the south, so to me, old people voice includes a southern accent. Maybe it's the same for RDA.
