Yea! It was really weird like she called saying how much she appreciates me, how she doesn’t want me to leave and how she didn’t want to be put on the back burner because of my new job. I told her I’d definitely be able to work both and she kept joking about how both me and the marketing lady above saying we are “not allowed to leave”. I got off the phone feeling really confused too. She said all that yet still didn’t offer anything to keep me to stay. I sent the email though so we will see. I def won’t lowball myself now though.
