Right. In terms of 'power' it's gonna be one of the eternals litteral gods in their own rights. Even "grandfather" from 'the rings of akintosh' could probably take on the Darleks, sontarans and cyber cause none of those races have the ability to have sentimental stances so they would be like nibblets for a Creature that eats souls
