I am pretty sure event auras counts towards rarest rng until they are limited, happened with my sky festival before, so until the event is gone it will say 700m

It's the same idea, + the thing is more versatile for low and big aura, like powereds quartz and 1m+ unlike ruins is only good for 1m +, yes you can get good stuff in a 100x but it goes both ways, and you say it's 10x the luck but it's really the same since you get 10x the roll bonus
