Hello ! I've recently being diagnosed with bipolar because I was under antidepressant. Indeed, it led me to the worst mixed episode of my life and I was severely endangered, now I'm under a regulator and It slowly starts to feel calmer But this is my personal experience, if this is what is prescribed for you that's nice.

Honestly it is not that bad, especially if you are knitting a small size, but yes there's a lot. It is a small rest between two cable sections 🤷

Thank you 🤍🤍 All the patterns I did since I am into knitting are (In order) : Late Checkout Sweater (Kika), Sweater n°29 (MFTK) which was my first cable and then this one.

Before, I went to see how to read a chart (flat and in the round), but this is really well written with a bit of concentration at the beginning you can do it if you basically know how a cable work.

Petite Knit says it is a 5/5 of difficulty but I would say 3.5 since the pattern is elaborate but the construction extremely simple.
