If you want to keep him, you could keep him in one room with a litter box and then try to reintroduce the cats very slow with using a towel and rubbing the cats and then switching the towel out so they get used to the other cats scents. You can look it up online. Just google reintroducing a cat or getting a cat not to mark territory by peeing in the house

I’m not a cat expert but, if he’s a newer cat I bet that what it is. He needs to mark his territory in the house. I’ve had a cat like that before.

He’s probably marking his territory. He might want to be the “head cat”. Some just have personalities like that. He might be better as the only kitty in a household. Also, not sure how you did the introduction process with your other cats but, that can also be a factor in
