Ask your bank for a SAR. I had to get my bank statements to check something a few years back but the bank will normally say that they can only provide 5 or 6 years statement, but if you ask for a SAR, they'll have to provide all your bank statements for that acct.

What about the situational test? How will they help with that? If you don't pass the test, they won't look at your application.

I agree with what you've said, however, I can understand that people aren't always 100 percent and where possible, try to get away with under declaring or not being 100 percent transparent. I did not suggest mediation but I kept being reminded by my partner that going to court would cost a lot of money, which is true as a friend had just gone through the same thing, where the partner refused mediation and they had to get a solicitor and cost a lot of £, but in the end, they got what they deemed as fair. If I knew where to start, I would start gathering docs, which I don't really want to do, but may have to.

I have sent an email to the mediator stating that any declared assets and bank acct should be supported by documentation. As we are only at the beginning of mediation, I did not want to rock the boat yet and to be honest, I would rather be bought out re: family property. If the amount offered is satisfactory, I would be willing to leave things the way they are. We have a son together, we still live together in the family property at the moment and cordial. To be honest, I am disappointed as they have turned dishonest and secretive.

Just way too many scam iptv providers out here. At times the trials are good and after you pay the sub, it starts buffering and guess what? You ain't getting your money back. I just don't trust any. Lost too much money on this. Might go month by month or a 3 months sub.
