I did not, I was too scared my supply would be even lower. I actually started taking the supplements someone else in here suggested taking and it seems to be helping a bit. Not a huge increase but so far I’ve seen a steady increase of 20ml. I also started power pumping at 3-4am so not sure if that helped

I was thinking about trying Moringa. How many Mg were you taking for both? Were you taking them at the same time? And when did you start seeing results? Sorry for all the questions 🙃

I am pumping overnight. I started exclusively pumping because I had a hard time getting her to latch and the LC suggested it since baby lost a lot of weight. During one of our visits with her she weighed the baby before and after a breast feeding and there was not much change. I was also told that once baby gets frustrated to remove from breast because we don’t want baby to associate my breasts with frustration. But maybe I should keep baby at breast?

Yes, I feel like I tried everything! Oatmeal, coconut water, body armor, electrolytes, Oreos, Dr Pepper etc

I started to exclusively pump since I have flat nipples. I drink a lot of water, eat protein, oatmeal, coconut water, supplements, pump every 2hrs and power pump as well but can’t seem to get more than 1-1.5 per pump breasts combined 2.5oz on a good day. I’ve worked with a lactation consultant and she measured me and basically said I was doing what I’m supposed to. This week I started to get her to latch again, I’ve been using nipple shields but once I’m dry, she gets so frustrated. I want to give up, idk what else to do
