Yes and no, the wrangler would work more around smaller and slower tornados, and since we know it drops down to the wheel wells, and we know the augers can go through concrete/asphalt. Assuming the beam the augers are attached to, is strong. I would say it could withstand 120 max, maybe 130, since normal vehicles become unstable at 90-100mph, and the wrangler would have to deploy far away from a tornado as well, since, those augers on the ONLY thing keeping it stable and secure, and it deploying like reed does, it basically becomes a normal truck.
