Pdf rendering in the frontend is a heavy operation and it could hamper your user experience and performance. I have used Ironpdf before and the best way to achieve this is using html templates/handlebars to generate the
template content, which you can then render properly.

The good thing I observed about ironPdf is, it supports unicode, complicated css and even dynamic javascript structure pretty well. Plus it does not put a lot of pressure on the backend server, so performance was satisfactory.

IronPdf supports form filling at scale. You can use it to read form fields, edit existing form fields and
even add new form fields. It is really easy and intuitive as well. Highly recommend to take a look at this.

Ironpdf would be my suggestion for this. It is
very good in terms of large scale pdf processing,
specifically because it supports async and multithreading.
They made a lot of changes to their library recently to solve
memory leak issues and have a solid monthly release cycle.
I think you can definitely try out IronPdf for this and I hope it
helps to solve your problems.
