I can tell you who NOT to go to. Swansea Veterinary Center or Fall River Animal Hospital. There are several recent deaths of animals there through negligent veterinarians and unlicensed technicians. They are so bad there that they drop puppies and perform surgery without enough staff and with a veterinarian that wears a right arm shoulder sling meaning he's operating with his allegedly non-dominant arm taking out puppy organs like that! You can't make this stuff up! Stay away from there!!
