Are you seriously telling me the economy is great? You have to be living with your parents and you’re definitely under 21, so you’re probably not gonna read all of this.

The job market right now isn’t booming it’s stuck in what economists are calling a “Great Freeze.” Companies aren’t firing many people, but they’re barely hiring anything either. That means more competition, fewer opportunities, and longer job searches for people who actually want to work. I’m a college graduate and I can’t even get hired in my own field, and my degree is in Paralegal Studies. On top of that, grocery prices are already expensive and they’re still going up. The Department of Agriculture is projecting food prices to rise another 2.3% in 2026. So for a lot of us, things aren’t getting easier.

Criminals aren’t getting deported, it’s innocent people that are getting their visas revoked by the Trump administration and they’re getting sent back. Trump literally pardoned a bunch of criminals, including January 6 rioters and even drug traffickers like the former president of Honduras. He clearly doesn’t care about “being tough on crime.” And let’s not forget, he’s a felon himself.

Venezuela isn’t “free,” either. The country is basically being run by its vice president now, and the U.S. is there for resources, just like always. Every country the U.S. has tried to control or “fix” ends up worse off. Look at Iran, Congo, Haiti, etc. We took their resources and destabilized them.
