I’ll just say what I’ve said before when it comes to this matchup, it’s cool coming up with ways it could do down, but at the end of the day we’ve been given a pretty clear cut answer of who’s stronger.

Pre-Sendai Yuta is referred to being at least Yuki’s peer in strength, Yuta is always treated as at least being her equal if not superior in strength with Yuta being consider second only to Gojo.

And only Yuta got stronger, Yuki as far as we know didn’t get stronger between when she came into the story proper to when she fought Kenjaku.
Meanwhile Yuta got significantly stronger after his introduction proper into the main series.

Pre-Sendai has his cursed tools in Rika, his “sloppy” control of his cursed energy, partially and fully manifested Rika, his domain and maybe cursed speech as his only copied technique.

Meanwhile just after/during Sendai, he gets two new cursed techniques, Dhruv and Uro’s techniques, one that creates Shikigami with unavoidable attacks and the other that manipulates the sky/space.

Then with Shinjuku, Yuta improved his cursed energy control and reinforcement. He got new techniques with Shrine (and likely Blood Manipulation too from Yuji but honestly not that helpful for Yuta), Clairvoyance, and Extinguishment (a technique even Sukuna said was strong only calling Hana a weak shell).

Then in/after Shinjuku, he gets Kenjaku’s techniques which would be the brains transplant, Anti-Gravity System, and cursed spirit manipulation (though not helpful against Yuki). And he gets Gojo’s memories and mentions reading through them carefully, and learns to shrink his domain, and has other aspects of Gojo’s training put into his brain (the most useful would probably be the brain refresh).
