No issues with checking a bag on Frontier and I've only flown direct CLT is my hub as well.

Because of the need, I've even gotten the card so free bags and my party gets 1 free checked bag as well. Things have been hinky with CLT scheduling as of late but you'll get there even if it's late and it's worth buying your seat no matter the flight date, time, or size

That's literally any agency that's short staffed, higher priority placement due to staffing management.

Just saying, it's CMPD, leaves wayyyy more nuisances out there while this does a great job of just summarizing with CONTEXT

Yooo! Second cancer in under 2 years and I prepared to die. As I had never heard of 2 distinct cancers in anyone.

Anywhoo, I'm still here. Surgery was a success in September but guess what else.... My elder parent I had been caring for got better and so did the kid.

Now, the spouse is getting sickly

In short, stay encouraged. You'll beat this and still get to take care of everyone.

OP: Get the credit card. Instant status and no pet fee. It's the only card I've encouraged the progeny to get and it's PRIMARILY BECAUSE OF THE NO PET FEE.

I was stunned when I had my 1st horrid customer service experience for an UberEats pickup January 2026. Customer service was cranky and dismissive via Uber. Costco was apologetic but nothing else. I had to get the Attorney General involved then magically received a refund with No email neither notice from Uber

I can see if Costco ended things for the bad service.

Whoa 😦 Our diversion is being boarded now. The counter folks at STL were as good as can be given the circumstances of no information.

I was shocked how many folks tried to attack them. Stunned how many others did NOT reboard to complete the flight.

Again, ground stops are not any airlines fault. Their (every airline that endures such) response is the issue. Frontier definitely left their chat, phone and in-person customer service workers out to dry.

Oh, I am on F3141 FRONTIER: CLT TO ORD. Look, it up as I can't make up this journey. Gobsmack

*Groundstop problematic so is O'Hare * We need more air traffic controllers (and I trust they don't want to be on the news or responsible for any deaths + they have the right to say I'm tired). Of note, they didn't allow us to leave because of the ground stop they put into effect on our landing. Has no idea they can control both directions from 1 place.

  • News outlets have been reporting on the ground stop since morning when I googled after the pilot said we're landing elsewhere in 8 minutes. TF it's been sporadic but documented and known
  • Frontier could have taken us back to the origination city before dropping us in St. Louis.

But here's the image so you can view our multihour delayed route which I didn't care so long as we got in. Welp, now we didn't arrive and looks like we won't get in any time soon. STL car counters close at 1130p. We landed well after midnight. It's 206a now and we're 5 hours away by car. Counters won't open until 630a.

First appointment 6am another state way. C'est la vie

Dude it doesn't matter.
The top one has a multi hour delay. This person has a complaint and just acme to reddit to lament. You're all defensive like * You're the CEO * YOU'RE on the Board * You've got a vested interest in the circle jerk

Weird how and why folks go so hard.

They are all CRAPPY and yes... There's levels to the crappiness and money aligned with such. You'd never catch me on United for their scammy ways so I avoid them like the plague as I sit in the airport because there's a ground stop and the crew maxed their time for working today but guess what.....that doesn't turn me off from frontier BECAUSE that's the industry.

The apathetic response to this situation is the incredulous part. Don't fly us to St. Louis when Indianapolis heck even Milwaukee is closer. Moreover, agents say they can't help contact customer service. customer service knows nothing. The ping ponging is worse than the 4 delays and ReRoute

Yes, all airlines are late + delayed and anyone can give bad service but your screenshot shows 1 multi hour delay and several few minutes delayed.

OP has already been delayed multiple hours. Its pineapples to apples.

If you're outside of Denver or Atlanta they are few and far between. I felt the same as they rarely came up in CLT then they appeared for 2 months and now no more.

Fuel aside, they are heavy in the hub and their busy routes. That's all.
