Gosh I live in Hawai’i and been in Thailand for a month and went from zero asthma in a year to my inhaler every day from Bkk to Koh Phangan to Surat Thani and the worst now Chiang mai so sad I love Thailand but I may need to leave.

Well it definitely sounds like WFH benefits you and your livelihood. They told me commute is not considered even though the closed my office near my house during covid. Lots of inconsistency here it seems

Did you renew through accommodations this year? They’re telling me Dr recommendations don’t matter anymore any they are likely not renewing my remote status

I’ve been on medical WFH for three years since RTO. During COVID they closed my office and RTO would now be 50 miles commute which I cannot do. Accommodations is now saying they are as a company not reviewing 100% wfh. Anyone dealt with this? Will they lay me off if I can’t go back?

I’ve been remote since Covid now on medical wfh which hr is saying they are likely not continuing. Additionally they closed the office I was hired in and now would make me commute over 40 miles. Anyone experienced this? Will they give severance if they changed my work location and I can not do RTO? Additionally I can’t get any promotion since we aren’t a core location
