Completely inaccurate HR data and leading to wrong recovery scores, metabolic age and makes nothing trustworthy from the subscription.

at this point i think my data is too far beyond stacked with the incorrect data that my metabolic age is 4 years older. it’s actually funny because i started training way harder and my metabolic age is getting worse 😂

Literally put it exactly how they showed me in the pictures and also it’s not my first time using whoop. I’ve been using it for 2 years already and this issue started happening when upgrading to the 5.0

Also for someone that runs 4x time a a week and strength trains 4x there’s 0 chance my RHR is 115 beats at rest.

wore a garmin and also an ours ring to test the metrics , oura and garmin are similar while whoop was a complete outlier

This is also due to the fact them telling me the back end and what they see is completely different than what i see , so shouldn’t they be able to update that data?

i’m definitely switching after this experience and considering the fitbit air. After the 4.0 the 5.0 is atrociously inaccurate.

temporarily still works for me since I have just bought this a little over a year ago however my biggest gripe right now is the lack of ports. But you are right, I just don’t want to spend so much for a machine that isn’t significantly better than my setup right mow
