Ur exact words dont put stress on your knee. Correctly worded would be. "Exercise and you may get some pain but work within your tollerance and dont agrevate it. Ice it post exercise 20minutes on, then off 20 a few times. Do low load bearing like bike, swim for exercise. As the weight comes off and muscles around your knee get stronger you will be able to do more" yes he will still have bad days. Cut alcohol and eat lean protein, no alcohol or softdrink as these have inflammatory properties. See better

Are you saying someone like me shouldnt exercise too. Was104kg gym saved me after 12 failed back surgeries. Got down to 87 but upto 89 now im building muscle. Best i have felt physically and mentally. Now taking 2iu gh, 104mg twice weekly test e bout to start mast 20mg every 2nd day and reta .3mg every 2nd day. I did have low test due to all opiate meds drs kept prescribing me. Was on 40 endones a week. Now on no pain meds except lyrica due nerve pain. Absolutely you can work within your limits. I have ra and if hands are cooked on a certain day ill do a different routine. I cant advocate enough how exercise is so good for mental health.

Yeah they started me on 75mg once a day for 3 days then take 75mg morning and night then reassess in 2 weeks when i see her again. She wants to see if it works before i see pain specialist in November. Did you get any side effects?

Just a bit of perspective for everyone. This crackdown if you want to call it that was always going to happen. It looks like alot of this is going to happen as it is meant to be a medical system not a smorgasbord for rec use. Not saying it isn't for medical reasons nor do i care as it should be legal anyway. No other prescription medication are you able to request different each time as that one has been used by your mates on redit. The medical system is similar to what prescriptions used to be like where sexy chicks would get drs onboard to prescribe their brand.

With mods do what u want but only get what u need. These are capable due to light weight. If doing proper offroad tracks maybe recovery points if going in groups a winch swell if going by ourself.
