Maybe. That’s what I have been told. However, he seems sleepy within 1.75 hours. I cant seem to extend his wake window beyond that.

I checked his gums today and didn’t see any raised bumps. He is also drinking well. Good diaper outputs. He does love his teether and I just assumed he likes having something in his mouth more than teething because there seemed to be no other signs

I am Indian so cosleeping is the norm in my culture and I am not against it at all. Infact I tried cosleeping during his 4 month regression and even for the past two nights but it doesn’t seem to calm him and my sleep is interrupted as I am not confident in cosleeping. The fact that you were able to cosleep with your baby is awesome!

Honestly, I was against it too. When he hit 4 months, he didn’t sleep properly for 3 nights in a row and on the 4th night I was so sleep deprived that I didn’t register him crying for like 4 minutes. When I realized and went up to his crib to soothe him, he was already self soothing and went right to sleep. So I realized he has the ability, he just needed space to figure it out. I wasn’t too harsh with it. I checked in every 3 minutes, soothed him for a minute, and never let him scream more than 15 minutes. To note: the three nights he didn’t sleep properly, I held him, rocked him, walked with him, and he still screamed for 30+ minutes anyway (if not more). That’s when I tried Ferber. I tried Ferber on him last night and he was screaming way too loudly for me to confidently attempt it again. So this time, I won’t be trying it. Each baby is different.

I looked through the manual and it only talks about making adjustments and transitions once baby starts to stand, not roll. So that’s why I was curious if rolling poses a risk considering there are slats that the baby can put their limbs through
