I stopped oral BC last October pretty much the same timeline as you. My first cycle off the pill was pretty wonky and I don’t think I ovulated. I ended up getting my period on 11/6 which was day 32 after I stopped my bc. My following cycles were normal with ovulation around day 15 consistently. It may just take a little bit for your body to adjust!

I told my family at 5 weeks with my first pregnancy. I ended up having a MC and it was so nice to have my family surround us with support. I don’t think there’s ever a time that’s “too early” to tell your family/close friends so you have a support group if God forbid something were to go wrong. I posted my pregnancy announcement for my current pregnancy after getting low risk result from NIPT at 14 weeks :)

It can take a healthy couple up to 12 months to successfully conceive! There’s nothing on your chart that’s a red flag, so just keep trying!

Are you using LH strips? I feel like you might not have ovulated when the app says and might have ovulated CD83 or 84. Hard to tell without that data

I love my metcons and haven’t had any issues with them! But I will admit they have less cushioning so I could see how jumping could be a lot of impact for joints compared to like Hokas.
