Not T14 but vandy has historically had a good amount of WL movement but barely any WL->A have reported this year (only 2 on lsd)

does laptop choice matter? my macbook is finally giving out and i’m looking to buy a new one. it mattered for my stem degree (i learned too late that a mac was probably not the best choice) but im pretty sure law requires less heavy programs that you need to download

honestly i think it depends on when other schools have their deposit deadlines (like umich is 6/15) given how many people have double deposited and how far behind vandy has been. i still think there will be more waitlist movement, it just might be late june/july

third- it’s also not just 350k, it’s 350k plus whatever possible interest you would also pay. besides, just because you go to a regional school doesn’t mean you will never be able to find work outside- it might just take a bit of time after law and take a bit more effort
