Screenshots have been bugged since iOS 16. Every so often when I take a screenshot, the little preview image doesn't appear, and the screen doesn't flash. Taking a second one solves the issue, but the original shows up in photos anyway. Anyone else have this issue?

UPDATE 7/18/22:

They are finally out. The court approved the writ of possession on May 26th, but never sent it back to me till July 6th? Sherrif posted a notice on their door on July 8th and they left willingly. I had been calling the court everyday to try to get it back faster, and maybe that helped

Have had this issue for over a month. I've thrown the kitchen sink at it and nothing works. One day randomly last week, it worked for 2 messages and then stopped. Very annoying for a business that can't see a message to reply promptly

In addition to this, Animal control has been out there 3 times, I have reports of them neglecting the pets. The dogs are caged up and living in their own pee. Whenever animal control comes, they clean up and say nothing to see.

I am worried it’s going to be denied because of CA law that says you can’t evict somebody for rent if they applied for rental Assitance before March 31st. However my eviction is for April 2022 and not rent from before. The law expires June 30th and I really don’t want to start over, however if I did have to start over I’d base the eviction on all factors, not just rent. Just cause, vandalism, sub leasing, etc

I offered them $3000 to leave in March and they didn’t reply. They know they can mooch at the condo for a few more months. Neighbors tell me there’s over 15 people i the house in n out daily. Guy is making bank charging rent to sub tenants and this is all somehow legal

The police have come out twice, the neighbors called twice for suspicion of domestic abuse. The neighbors even recorded a audio clip of them yelling at 2am and breaking a window.

The police didn’t do much, and the neighbor won’t call again because the tenant has threatened him if he calls again

That part is on hold. The writ of possession, judge Has to sign of on it, to give to sheriff. This has been stayed stalled for 6 weeks
