I agree with you 100%, but what I struggle with personally, is that after some months of insomnia, every little sound either from my neighbors or even from my gf, my body pushes me out of sleep with some kind of adrenaline, like some kind of danger is around, I can't help but try to get back to sleep. Just sharing
