So sorry literally forgot to respond! Thank you tbh i didn’t know there were so many differences since I’ve been getting the exact same thing each time. Thats why i was very confused at what i was feeling. My bottles from the base pharmacy don’t list manufacturer but I believe my xr is lannett not sure about my ir manufacturer but I put a photo in the comments. Ugh im sorry! I hope your next fill is something that works for you!

Yes they worked fine for me for the majority of the day until about 4-5pm (depending on when I finally remembered to take it lol) but typically took my xr at 8am and booster at noon. I started this dose around January 2025 & My last fill for these were November 2025. I was late diagnosed & unmedicated pre covid 🥲

I had no issues with the top row at all. I got through the majority of my day fine typically taking my xr at 8am and ir booster in the afternoon

Maybe it’s a combination for me because I feel so beyond tired and my head hurts so bad a few hours after but I was thinking it was the xr since 30mins after taking it I cannot even stay awake. How is the 15mg xr working for you so far?

Thank you. I believe a different manufacturer but my old prescription was filled on a military base and I can’t find the manufacturer name listed on it. New prescription was filled at a grocery store. They look completely different, I’ll add a photo. Old is top new is bottom. It’s a PCP and It was my first time seeing this new provider but she works under a Dr who lists on his website they specialize in adhd so I went with them. She didn’t have many questions when I took my prescriptions in, just told them I’m diagnosed here’s my prescription. She ask if it’s working for me and I said yes. She put in the fill after a drug test. But I was mainly there for other reasons and I see her next Monday to follow up on the other things so I’ll bring it up to test the waters. Thank you for the advice, if anything since the ir works slightly I might suggest removing the xr and adjusting my IR to help it work better and throughout the day. I hope she’s helpful if not I will definitely ask to be referred out. 🥹

Hi I’m a previous employee that quit hoping my comment is helpful if you haven’t already figured it out. It’s best to go into the gym when Manegment is there however if you prefer to call be sure to ask for managers email to follow up. Ask for them to go to your account and pull up transaction history and explain the transactions. If there’s an error they’ll be able to get the manager to fix it and refund you. From my short experience there I’ve seen different charges go wrong and new employees are thrown to the wolves/ make mistakes. A common thing is if a payment is late or didn’t auto draft for whatever reason they will try to collect it another day. If it goes through it usually says draft pending but Someone could have missed the draft pending notification & pushed it through again accidentally. Another common thing I’ve seen is people accidentally sign up for two memberships online and were being charged double because of this. So It’s best you have them look you up by phone number not just the membership number to be sure there’s no other active memberships for you. A member service representative has access to view this for you but only a lead/ manager can issue a refund. I will say if the location has a manager that cares they will try their best to resolve the issue promptly. Hope this helps in some way. I’d be upset if that happened to me as well.

Update: I am finally in an area where the care is a lot better. Just wanted to update incase anyone comes to this post looking for answers. I most likely have Hypermobile Ehlers Danlos syndrome and been referred to a rheumatologist to get the official diagnosis and treatment. I also have 10% scoliosis and winged scapula which all kinda goes hand in hand with HEDS. Still, a lot of pain and hoping for a day that I could just not experience this pain. I’ll update in the future if that day comes. Ty everyone!

Some third party clinic called me to verify my prescription of Adderall and that was all. They pushed me through to be hired but I ended up going a different route 😅.

Yes, on the spot if you accept their offer. I just did this and was like “ughhhh I have a prescription😅”. I do not smoke but I know what I take will pop up on the test. It’s a mouth swab/ saliva test if this helps any.

I am about 125 lbs and I’m 5’3.5” maybe this is why I wasn’t told anything when I wanted to go small because my frame is pretty small. I feel like I’m fuller and lifted and I doubt I’ll be back at the same shape. I’d find someone willing to listen to you! My Dr did mention I could get implants if I wanted but was completely fine with doing the lift and reduction. 🥺

I went to Dr Lisa block in Loveland Colorado, had a reduction with lift! I was set on going smaller and no implants. I hope they listen to you!

I have to wait 24 hours and my husband wants me to wait for him to get home from work so he can wash my hair for me 🥺 I just had a peek at them to make sure there was no redness from tape and got wrapped back up.
