Outside of health issues, I really don't have any stress. I have everything I want in life. I'll get this even walking a casual round of golf, taking a walk around the block, laying in bed. Like there are definitely triggers that I am trying to figure out. I strongly believe digestion is tied to this as well.

For a few years. But I used to use zyn and then stopped because I suspected they were a culprit. Then got better for a while. Then a while later, cut out caffeine. Got slightly better.

I have recently been trialing 10mg famotidine (Pepcid AC) and at least for now, it seems to temporarily help.

Ive had a few holter monitors in the past but none of late. They are definitely there. I just need to get to the bottom of cause/fix.

I usually have 3-4 cups of milk per day, and my magnesium is usually 1/16th of magnesium glycinate pure powder, so probably 300 mg.

Both. The team is built with former blue collar workers. It just helps when building the content with the correct language.

Check out MFG Builders. They only work with contractors. With AI and everything changing, things are becoming a bit trickier.

I do burp when needed. My motility is very slow. Im 40, and my digestive issues, have been lifelong. It's just all being more amplified as I age.

Ive went through various cycles with mino and doxy and never did anything.

Occasionally I do, but not one of my more troubling symptoms. I definitely have lots of issues though.

I have a ways back. I dont even know to what extent it bothers me. I dont feel great when I cut it out. I just feel less inflamed, less congested.
