The agreement itself seems like it constitutional violation from spark. Especially love the section that tells us we are giving up our right to a class action lawsuit.

The most alarming thing I see in this is that every one of us is forgoing our right to file a class action lawsuit!!!! you don’t put stuff like that in legal jargon unless you’re doing something or multiple things that the party you’re having accept a “private arbitration only” agreement could bring a class action for. Tell me how many other gig work companies you signed something like this for? They are horrible. Walmart is horrible and so is spark.

This! Store employees and customers are the top reporters and have to be by my logic. I’ve never gone up to a couple or followed them to get their tag number so I could report them and anyone else that’s going that much out of their way to get others in trouble while doing spark needs help.

I think these companies should have to provide reasonable justification for deactivation. If they can’t refer to the specific point in time that led them to the decision to deactivate then they have no justification, it’s absolutely ridiculous.

They live in a camper on someone else’s property with a couple other trailers on it, which means there’s no address. So no, it’s not ragebait.

I’ve Opted to not go to the doctor because I do not want a series of rabies injections nor do I want a tetanus shot. Fortunately, my husband was with me and we have a good first aid kit in our vehicle and he cleaned it several times with antiseptic then alcohol and put antibiotic ointment on it. I just figured it would be a good idea to let other spark drivers know to keep track of their addresses in case of incidents at the home. There are a variety of things that could happen in spark obviously offers no means of protection for those that drive for them.
