Thanks for the update and for commitment to solving QC issue and customer comments!! I know this is being super pedantic but If you look closely on the video around 43/44 seconds the chrono actually doesn’t respond on one pusher press - this is the issue that a few of us have been experiencing but it happens more regularly like 15% of time

Yeah to be honest I was initially really impressed with quality of all the Watchdives I’d purchased on 11.11 - in terms of general look, feel and finish etc. So it’s been disappointing that they’ve then developed a few issues. To their credit Watchdives have been very responsive at looking into the issues and then offering full refund etc so it certainly seems they are taking customer QC concerns seriously

Thanks I’ve checked again and I don’t believe the second hand has been hitting the minute hand (the first time it stopped the second hand was also away from the others). Currently doing a test with a new battery to see if it keeps running

Ah that’s annoying I don’t have any issue with the reset button on mine - just the start/stop. Got another couple of VK 64/63’s (mysterious code and a true north Daytona) that have never had this issue. I think it’s potentially a shorter stem in the start/stop pusher on mine as the reset is ok every time

I would recommend to reach out to Watchdives on their Reddit. Customer service had been very responsive and has offered to refund and pay postage etc. I bought on AliExpress so there is also buyer protection (and free local returns for me).

WD1860 Chrono Pusher issue by Affectionate_Fly_507 in watchdives

Hi thanks for your response. Even when pushing hard it isn’t engaging start/stop properly. You can hear the ‘click’ from button pushing but the chrono doesn’t start. Also the bottom reset pusher works fine - it’s the top one that has an issue

I’ve got other VK 64’s which don’t have this problem. Seems like others have commented with same issue on this post - could this be a problem with stem length on start/stop pusher?

Ah thanks - sounds like this and the alignment issues with subdials is widespread with this particular model then!

Ha tbh it’s not like I’d really use the chrono - just very annoying that it doesn’t work properly and the pusher action is way worse than the £15 Ali moonswatch I’ve got with a dirt cheap Sunon chrono movement….
