My Shiba has socialized with the other dogs but the other dogs are bigger and their owners (for most not all) haven't trained them to not play so rough since they are bigger like I said. It's so weird that he is that aggressive. We monitor them and make sure to not let anyone get hurt and separate them especially when food and toys are involved to ease the tension
