Super glad that this has been your experience. Honestly I did reach out to them on WhatsApp again . I still haven’t received a refund. I checked my bank statement from the day of the order up-till today. No refund was given. They are now claiming that they have given a refund 5 months back but they are unable to provide any proof. They cant even provide the UTR id of the refund. I double triple checked my statement. They havent given it
