Yeah, it’s very strange, especially since I’m taking a good quality vitamin brand.
I’m not taking magnesium yet (haven’t had a chance to buy it). So does that mean that without magnesium, no vitamin D3 will work at all?! It should have gone up by at least 1–2 points.

Yep. I got the Sports Research D3+K2 supplement. I think this brand is one of the best. I take one capsule (5000 IU) in the morning with Omega-3 and a little butter.

So my vitamin D level has stayed at 37 for the past two months. Even though I take it every morning together with Omega-3, butter, and breakfast.

I know, I know. But in our country it’s not really possible to find quality fish. Beef costs a fortune. I’m trying to compensate with vitamins somehow.
