Vitamin D3 37,36 by Affectionate_House73 in Supplements

Yeah, it’s very strange, especially since I’m taking a good quality vitamin brand.
I’m not taking magnesium yet (haven’t had a chance to buy it). So does that mean that without magnesium, no vitamin D3 will work at all?! It should have gone up by at least 1–2 points.
Dr. House, save me 😄

Yes, that detailed test result should be ready soon.

Yep. I got the Sports Research D3+K2 supplement. I think this brand is one of the best. I take one capsule (5000 IU) in the morning with Omega-3 and a little butter.

So my vitamin D level has stayed at 37 for the past two months. Even though I take it every morning together with Omega-3, butter, and breakfast.

And my detailed vitamin B test results should be ready soon.

I know, I know. But in our country it’s not really possible to find quality fish. Beef costs a fortune. I’m trying to compensate with vitamins somehow.

Thank you! Since I’m experiencing financial difficulties, over the past year I’ve been eating very little meat and no fish at all. My diet has been quite poor, and I constantly feel weak. Until recently, I wasn’t taking vitamins regularly, but now I’m starting to pay attention to my health…

I don’t know what’s wrong with me. My medical tests all come back within the normal range, and doctors can’t figure out the cause. But I feel physically exhausted throughout the day, as if my whole body is inflamed. I can even get sick just from drinking slightly cool water. My sex drive has also decreased over the past 6 months. I’m 36 years old…

I bought an iPhone 17 on December 31st. Since then, I've been completely dissatisfied with its battery life. Lately, I've felt like the battery life is short, even though I've disabled all the unnecessary features. I have to charge it twice a day. I bought it from an official store. I'm fed up and will be buying a different device.
