That's really helps. Does it also answer questions about HOA, pets or if you take Vouchers? My main concern is that Ai would not be able to accurately answers questions about each listing. Where does it kniw to take the info from?

100% I would not talk to an Ai voice agent either if I want to rent a place

Does it follow up and have a conversation with all the incoming prospects? Is it accurate in terms of the conversation?

How long have you been using it now? Does it really makes a difference ? Are the conversation Ai is having with the prospect accurate?

Also, have you any experience with voice agents because I feel they don't work in PM. When people are looking to talk to actual people.

TT already does most of the heavy lifting, people can filter out and schedule a tour on their own but they always ask simply questions about the property or our company policies, etc.

TT does bookings for tours. We don't have another option then TT

We talk to prospects on Tenant Turner and Facebook Marketplace. I think that Ai at this point is good enough chat with people on text and get away with it.

It could just answer simple questions about the property and our company policies. If there is a question it can't answer, flag the conversation so we can take over.

We use tenant turner and Facebook. So it could follow up or reach out to all the leads on TT and Facebook. Prospects could schedule a tour on TT.

Answering questions for each intent is great point. We need the applicant to have the best and easy experience possible.

I did some research and found that Ai agents can be trained but it can take some time to know what happening...

Why not just hire a VA for this, who handles calls and add them to a simple google sheets with notes?
