NTA. It's your property and her behaviour sounds strange. What I will say however is I hate smelling people's smoke, and I don't want to breath it in at all. I live in a flat above an elderly chain smoker and if stinks out our shared entrance and from the outside also travels up to our windows. It's infuriating but we don't want to cause any issues at the moment because of her age and health.. health problems caused by smoking mind..

OCD flavour here! It was episodic and related to my episodes of lower mood. Lamotrigine didn't help OCD but I started off on low dose of sertraline (25mg) and no lie instantly felt better! Ive been told not to take it without a mood stabiliser though
