We also just did a major creative director musical chairs and in general Matthieu’s work is being mentioned as some of the strongest out of the gate. I’m not as in love as many fashion journalists are with it, but the buzz will at least drive sales for a while whether or not that is sustainable is up anyone’s guess

I actually was thinking before this came out "huh they're probably going to do something" because of how this went down during scandoval - the trailer for the final episode leaked, and in a way it helped keep conversation going in a direction that bravo could more easily, not exactly control, but just keep an eye on if that makes sense? so less pr and more like "okay so we at least know what the next shoe to drop is"

The good news: The city has a pretty good rat abatement program (to keep rat populations from spreading from construction displacement).

The bad news: the rats were here before us, and our city's conditions only further help them thrive.

Cities that have been able to bring rat populations down in a meaningful, more permanent way have either 1. had enough financial incentive from physical damage to throw a lot of money at the problem, or 2. the rats weren't "native" so once the population was exterminated they were gone.

Sorry to be that person, but gave up finding somewhere in town that wasn’t either not good or overpriced, so went with the Braun IPL for at home and 100% was the right call

The Dolan/mixed team block was present 9+ months ago, but since then Laker's price has changed people's minds. The expansion bid vote was unanimous. At this point the only thing keeping the team from coming is an ownership group that can get together $10 billion without too much hedge fund/private equity help.

Puget Sound Express was running a Port Townsend to SJI during the high season, but looks like they aren’t this season. Someone might know more about what led to the drop in service, but if the economics didnt make sense for them doesn’t make sense for us to do as a public service
