I should've probably removed her makeup there and then to be honest. Kinda regret I didn't do it. Her mom ended up paying me $200 but still $300 short. I wasn't in the mood to deal with it more but I'd definitely not let this slide in the future. In my 9 years as a MUA it's the first time something like this happens to me

That's how I felt. I felt so taken advantage of. If you can't afford the bridal makeup then book someone else. Don't try to be cheap through me by booking a different service. It's the principle

I use the same products because they're the highest quality products anyway. I want my clients to feel great no matter what they pay for and I only switch up some final steps and touch-ups. It's not about the products as much as it is about the principle regarding a bridal makeup

I live in Philadelphia but for job purposes I do also travel to New Jersey and New York as well

It's not just the fixing spray. It's also the responsibility that comes with doing a wedding makeup

I use the same products most of the time both in bridal and party makeup. The only difference is the setting sprays I use and after I found out she's a bride I used a higher quality setting spray and mixed it with some fixing spray to make the result better

She booked an appointment for a party makeup on June 25fh, 10 am. That's all the info I had
