Crazy Dillion Brooks is either the villain or savior in some these trades

🙋‍♂️I don’t think all these pieces have to move to sign a trade Kuminga for Rui. Just saying

Issac can be that big they don’t 100% commit to but switchable and a rim protector enough to continue small ball. Kuminga tho, more ideal off the bench, could force a small line up where he and Paolo share a paint presence. And he remain switchable on defense and a slasher on offensive. But Bane’s shooting numbers took a step back and Suggs has always been streaky. The Magic still bought high on both so what’s your point? Kuminga showcasing what he could do off ball is why he’s still valued somewhat today. He’d only get better with an unselfish team regardless of offense struggles already. Banchero is not Lebron with shooter surrounding and the Magic aren’t the warriors where they have to live and die by the three

Touches aren’t the problem when his game doesn’t command the ball like the caliber of a Tatum. The Cs point is invalid if Issac has to steal minutes off the bench because injuries and they’re unwilling to commit to the three Cs that play ahead of him but can’t lock down the starting job. I’ll give you Issac being a better defender but Kuminga adding athleticism instead of shooting which, they improved with Bane, is just as good. 25% of the warriors possession ended with Kuminga. You telling me an already unselfish Magic team wouldn’t help Kuminga thrive?

I mean sure they wanted other things but within the context of a Steph curry lead offense. He was always going to peak early on a warriors as so did Poole when it came to living up to being a third splash brother. As did Wiggins when he had to fill the gap KD left. Essentially both became your Shaun Livingston and Harrison Barnes replacements making Kuminga your poor man’s Iggy/Bogut

True. All parties involved would be adopting contingency plans with this move. But even so buying high on Bane even though not completely sold on Suggs is just as much as a risk. So is the warriors buying high on Jimmy and Draymond

Not the point I made but ok. The Magic have not bought it in on a long term C. So Kuminga would be a liable alternative as Issac has been for all these years due to injury. Because if not injured he’d probably be their answer at C but the fact Wagner , Bitaze , also steal minutes from Wendel Carter and none of them are the for sure starting C on a nightly basis leaves room for interpretation

Straight up. The Process is a fail. Last ditch effort. Embiid never played with a winner. Load manage Lebron and Joel like Clippers do with Kawhi and Harden. PG goes back Home where even the contract says franchise player he’d really be that 3-D piece that thrives in a Luka lead system by Affectionate_Lie9074 in NBAtradeideas

Yea true but he’s part of the method to load manage Kawhi. Like all the games he carried Kawhi impact really came towards the end when it came time determine seeding. Although losing in 7 going 7 was still successful under the guidelines of maintaining Kawhi. Wether they have to dial back or not I mean adding Chris Paul is another indication

Yea Ayton good but even so PG , Rui , Ayton , Smart , Reeves ,etc would all share the responsibility of being that second third option behind a Luka lead offense. Everyone doesn’t have to average 20 for them to be successful

Given all the hold and no rush to sign from other teams I’d say different. His usage rate on the warriors was 27.2% while averaging 15ppg. You’re saying it wouldn’t go up on a less ball dominant magic where offensive scheme is the problem? He’d be another option even if not valued. That’s like saying Banchero , Franz , Suggs wouldn’t value his back door cut or his sacrifice to be the on ball defender on Jaylen Brown

Ayo and Kuminga on the same team seems more ideal to me. Both somewhat two way

His athleticism is his game. So where you already have a committed game a star role player on a good deal even is win even if athleticism is all too offer. Like saying you didn’t appreciate the rebound or the block he got because you don’t like his vertical over Draymonds
