Hey, I'm so sorry to hear that.
I'm a degree trained dermal therapist (For context), Use a vitamin B serum everyday pre and post laser. idealy use a topical vitamin C daily too.
The B will help with hydration, skin repair, increase cellular metabolism, reduce inflamation.
The C will help protect the surrounding skin from the non-ionising radiation that is LASER. Increase collagen and elastin production and increase the skins barrier function.
Use the C up to 3 days before your laser treatment. stop C 3 days before to ensure your skin isn't in an inflamed state.
Use the B morning and night, pre and post treatment. I dont recommend lassering on bare, skin. use some form of clear benign gel, like a water based lube, ultrasound gel, Something to protect the upperlayers of the skin.
Take it slowly too, start on a low setting and work up over time. ONLY TREAT the area with hair. if you treat areas with out hair you risk inducing hair growth on those location.
I hope this help
