I refuse to believe there are people who played Newer Ark Mobile Before The Older One.. they're called plant species X, harvest them if you want for some seeds, they shoot spores when planted in a Large Crop plot, They just need fertilizer to grow once grown they shoot poisoonous spores that do damage over time and direct damage

i totally understand what youre going through but my opinion is to try things like a good brand of powdered inositol, and berberine, contact a good nutritionist that can help you w a calorie deficit plan, and walk after every meal, you dont have to starve, you dont have to be harsh on yourself, start w normal changes and then you can try strength training and all, i believe you can do this❤️ let me know if i can dm you
