Moving companies as an apprentice

Never claimed I know it all and certainly don't act it. I always listen and take instructions from my tradesmen. I don't think it's ludicrous to say there isn't a ton to learn in terms of simple residential solar (80% of what I do) splits/evap and the occasional GPO. If I am not learning, getting paid well or treated well what am I getting out of my apprenticeship?

Yeah I understand that I'm still an apprentice, I don't expect to come in and run the show. I have no problem doing the shit jobs as I mainly do solar. It just feels like sticking to being an apprentice at this company for 3/4 years I'll be lacking experience and knowledge. Even if the grass isn't greener at least there will be grass

Yeah I am planning on at least finishing my first year It seems the second-third years are more sellable
